My wife and I stayed three nights in room 33 at the Bear hotel in January 2022. We had a “good room” which was nicely decorated and spacious with a comfy double bed which came with eight cushions in addition to 4 pillows! Despite it being very cold outside the room was well heated all day. The bathroom was one of the best hotel bathrooms I have had in terms of space and arrangement. The shower over the bath was extremely powerful.There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and these along with biscuits were replenished each day. Breakfast was included and was served from 7am. It was great with a good choice including a full Welsh breakfast and many other options. Service was excellent. (more…)
