Turkey dinner with all the trimmings! It tastes every bit as good as it looks. Our Head Chef, Paj, says: “We’re going very traditional, roast turkey served with goose fat roast potatoes, brussels sprouts with pancetta and a bit of cream, finished with sage – beautiful. A tricolor of chantenay carrots, braised cabbage, and a proper gravy.”
