THE BAR AT THE BEAR
As would befit a bar that is recommended by CAMRA - the campaign for real ale, we hold a good variety of well kept handpulled beers. Local brews are sold whenever possible, with guest ales sold on a seasonal basis.
The Bar at the Bear continues to go from strength to strength. The ambience in the bars & lounges varies from busy & bustling to quiet & sedate.
The Bar Menu offers diners an excellent choice of food. ranging from a simple sandwich or baguette to a home cooked, brasserie / bitsro style three course meal.
The bar caters for a diverse range of tastes, from simple Welsh champion sausages, to fillets of Welsh Black Beef or a rack of local Lamb.
The daily changing specials boards further enhance the choice available, with the kitchen making the most of the excellant local availability of meats, poultry, game & seafood.
